Your initial visit will be your intake appointment. Please allow 90 minutes for a complete assessment of your current health status and health history.

We ask that you bring your most recent lab works with you, including routine lab work completed by a Primary Care Physician or other professional and any related functional lab work. For virtual clients, lab work can be privately emailed or uploaded to your private client portal prior to the appointment.

All required intake paperwork and assessments will be emailed to you privately and must be completed prior to your first visit.

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we can provide itemized receipts and service descriptions if you would like to submit your visits to insurance for reimbursement or utilize an HSA/FSA account.
